How do you structure that with people in the company than interviewing? Great question. Because what I see as the more the state of the art of interviewing these days is that, um, there might be multiple people interviewing someone, but they all ask the same questions because that way they're able to compare notes on the answers they got. So literally after I do the phone screen, that behavior based interview, normally the very top of the food chain joins me. Normally the owner, the CEO, the founder, the COO is joining me.
