If you're not having good sleep, and you're having too big a meal late at night the night before, that's going to compromise your seep nto wake up heavier, lethargic. The very first things we do in the morning are to eliminate the wastes and the tocins and the impurities that our body hopefully has got out of the cells. And they've done that when we have slept well and we have ridden the ten p m to two a m cycle. That is where wehave digested all the impurities from the previous day,. then we've started to move them the varta cycle, two a m to six a m.
