Design Testing - What I'll Do Before the Presentation
Before a meeting I will have a brief zoom call with as many of the people that are going to be in that meeting as possible individually. This gives me an opportunity to tailor my message to them right so let for example let's say I talk to the marketing person first I'll talk about how my design is going to improve conversion rate or lead to more leads. If I'm talking to the IT person I talk about how it's going to be easy to develop and easy to maintain if I're talking to the finance person I talks about how it can save money over the long term. So all this happens before the presentation but also some really lightweight testing like five second tests, semantic differential surveys
