How to Build a Minimum Viable Product

A minimum viable product (MVP) is the most basic possible product to test a hypothesis. It could be anything from a prototype through to a brochure, but whatever MVP is chosen it needs to showcase just enough of the product's core features so that early adopters will want to buy your product. Reese says true productivity is about systematically figuring out the right things to build using validated learning. The constant feedback loop drives product creation.
