Janet: When we're talking about processing then and releasing hfeelings, the conversation thatwe're going to have to day is going to include that body. We can assign maybe a label or a name to your emotion that'll help give you language and articulation - instead of living really at the grip and hold of our emotion. Janet: I had numbed myself for so long and dissociated for so long from all this pain and all these feelings, that that sort of harm was the only way i could inflict some sort of feeling again. She says she's seen another person specifically share why they need to channel their emotions in order to heal.
