The Lens of Depression

We don't use the language of emotional literacy in our culture. It's not part of everyday conversation, emotional literacy. In short, sadness can modivate you. Depression causes you to shot down. But when you are sad, you can still think of ways that you can help. You can have an awareness around what youre share on line. And one way i do that is by controlling the flow of information that i receive.
