Do You Have a Time Eating Window?

If i stick to maximum 12 hours window, then i actually feel much better. I'm mre energetic, i sleep well and i feel lighter, and i'm still productive throughout the day. So i start sa somewhere around seven or eight in the morning, and and i stop around five or six in the evening. And i also try with different types of diet. All of these increase your nutricent quality because you are staying away from simple sugar and a high glycemic food,. Your leaning more towards food that takes longer time to digest or longer time to absorb.
