The body is always producing and always burning lactic acid, but there's a lacticlacti threshold. Once you pass that threshold, then your legs feel ik ther 600 pounds. But i would bet my whatever, my running career, that i will be fuelling with lactate before i'm out of this game. I think the fact that it uses a different energy, or a different pathway to get into tissues than most other things,. i think i'm really, really intrigued at the idea of people that are that are eyeing lactate like frank and i have been eyeing keytones for a decade.
