Mr. Olympia winner Chris Bumstead joins John Meadows and Paul Ravelia to talk about the different divisions in bodybuilding. They also discuss how we define aesthetics outside of the competitive sport, which is nebulous and individual. The men's fitness division has a new category called body and wellness with no body fat requirement or physique requirements. And then you have your open bodybuilding division where people can compete without being drug tested.
