How Equity Works With Co-Founders

I'm seeing a lot of companies I live at the co-founders blah blah blah and honestly they put the ownership and the hard work and loyalty and put company first. We actually get into the families of the other guy we actually get into his you know entire being of who he is in the very very first year of our existence. It's not true just for co-foundingtrue for most of our top man and we want to know him as a person as a father as a mother what do you want to do? And expectation beating is not what you think you should do for him but what he thinks he deserves for himself if you beat that that's amazing that is.
