Is There a Failure Mode in People Operations?
As we start to scale, a failure mode is leaving areas gray. So the idea with having somebody who is appointed so that it no longer becomes this gray area of handy does, like, insegrama and ben sort of does,. you two, and like tony sort of does lenk in. The more the team grows, or the more the company grows, the wider the gaps get because we're not putting proper diligence behind them. We're getting so wide.
