How to Recover From Trauma

NSI is like doing low tech, easy exercises. Most of them take less than 30 seconds. You could do three or four in a row and only be working for two minutes at a time but completely change how your nervous system feels. The hardest thing about it for 90% of my clients is just remembering to do it. That's it. It's not easy to forget. And so I don't like we're so used to being like, it has to be hard if it's not hard.
