i'm a savoury type of snacker, so i always have m almonds that are seasoned and flavoured. With the butternut squash, i'm goig to ddo similar sized chunks, but in gong to make them cubes. I keep the skins on is because the skins are the concentrated sources of fito nutrient. The reason why plants crape thoseis as a defence mechanism. They elicit what's called a hermetic response wherea it's almost like a mild bit of inflammation That creates a a small inflammation in your body. And your response to that is anti inflammatory....
