Mopu's Tax Farm Reforms

Amopu and tere were interested in putting the monarchy on better financial footing, so they naturally targeted tax privileges. They also had their eye on reforming the tax farming used to collect all those indirect taxes we talked about last week. To insure the reforms could be implemented smoothly, mopu started under cutting the authority of his old friends in the parliament.
