Shoulder Extension Is Not Skilled Training

Michael Bleak's also for adults are huge if we wanted to go down the issues of adults who don't have shoulder extension. Their pariformis is jacked up and their calves from all the desk work and sitting on the chairs are like piano wire. They lacked the ability to pull their elbows behind their body so to my mind if you can't get in the correct positions why are you even trying to do the exercise what would be best?
