I know in the past with um, you know, if i were to restrict um or try to eat less or whatever. I would always want him more like i. And you would end up just binging on the weekends. Um, let's shift ears a little bit from um nutrition and talk about some training mistakes that you see in uh the age group of twenties and thirties. Pas, yeah, regardless of age, i always told women, you need to get in the weight room.
