I'm really pretty much a self-taught experimentalist. I learned how to make a short craft from the joy of cooking. And your book, Wild Fermentation, is by far as I know short of Charlie Papasian's book on Home Brewing, one of the most well regarded and well read books on any kind of fermentation. It was at the Mother Earth News Fair two years ago that I saw The Art of Fermentation in the bookstore; it made me even more fascinated.
