Self Regulating Habits?

Samen: Self regulation can't be causal to later expet sdo you stand by that? If i changed at what do you reckon? I tentatively stand byit. And wen, when you're further into it, i think i'd just shay, self regulation is really hard. Samen: The ultimate goal is putting the knowledge about how to do these habits in the hands of students.
