Mental health professionals share my concern about the use of coping skills to manage difficult thoughts and feelings. In Mexico into therapy we really want to teach people that independent you don't need a big toolbox because you know this toolbox which is to stress you more so people get all these huge toolboxes to kind of fall asleep and get less stressed but actually a big tool box is stressing you and keeping you awake.
