How Much Should You Spend on Marketing?
8 to 10% I think is a good marketing spend, depending on your area. The studios that do really well are the ones that invest in training of their trainers. So workshops, continuous education, getting to get the spending the money on growing as a team - they by far are the better performing studios. If you're if you've got a $700,000 revenue studio, I would say another probably $30,000 to $40,000 into your trainer's continuous development would be the number that the best studios are doing.
