The Importance of Mind Reading in Recovery

I went through cognitive behavioral therapy and that helped me a lot. It's like, are you mind reading? Why are you looking at this in black and white? And if you're doing any of those, you don't have to be a sass. Yes. It does work. I just wish I could. You know, years go by, life's a bunch of circumstances. So it's super difficult to maintain that really healthy headspace.
