"If you have nothing to differentiate yourself from your competitors, then you the only thing you can compete on is price," he says. "Even if you have no differentiation, even if you're providing the same exact service, the kind of client that's going to pay me 100 bucks an hour for development isn't gonna pay me 10 bucks an hour." He adds: "You should be constantly striving to come up with a way to differentiate yourself and make yourself the only one in the category so that price becomes a non-issue"
