How to Delegate Creative Direction to Your Team
On your team, you're the branding expert, but you also have junior designers. What type of work do you keep to yourself and what do you delegate if that's not a trade secret? Yeah, it's been something I've experimented with a lot because I've only had a junior, a part-time junior designer for a year now. But usually we'll kind of trade off. There will be some projects where I let her work on the primary logo and then some Projects where I have her focus on maybe the secondary logos or a pattern or something.
