Dan: When I joined a QMEM, it was like a completely intra-prinarial environment. And so I could bring ideas to the table and he was really sort of open to me, trying stuff. So that has gotten to be an extremely comfortable place for me to play. He says if you're in UX role or is looking to get into UX role, just decide to do it, and then figure it out.
