I was listening to a Keith Barr podcast recently you know it was to put in this whole thing I was arguing on the stiffness of a tendon and I guess to relate on the sexes is a key. We also have more heart issues as men than females and we also have stiffer tendons than females so it's like you could argue that our connective tissues are just stiffer as a male so we have better performance than our tendons. honestly it's genuinely that powerful I think in certain instances but yeah yeah let me let me add.
