When there's an end the musc the muscle pull of it is obviously going to be really high but it's not going to be as high when you're doing things extensively and there's going to be more of a passive element to it so yeah yeah yeah definitely, I'm like what do you do for the patellar tendon? You don't usually rupture the tendon when you'redoing submaximal work  so maybe this could be a way of letting the collagen doesn't have to strain that
