The Elastic Elastic Resistance Is a Handy Tip

In the UK you can get like a decent resistance band for around about 18 or 20 pounds which isn't too much. If you were to wrap that round your shoulders and stand on it and do some sort of exercise against that resistance is certainly helpful. I've used door frames and things like that before so if you press up against a door frame and try and do something like a car phrase for example it's usually again enough to start overloading individual muscles quite nicely yeah.
