Strength Training Is a Super Crucial Component
I think at any age strength training is an important component of it you want to retain as much muscle mass as possible as you age. A lot of it is listening to your body and then aerobic conditioning again like this is zone 2 cardio we're talking for some people that may be a brisk walk or conversational pace type cardio. I just don't think it's healthy to get addicted to the 5 hour sessions in order to qualify for Kona year after year after year because you have to neglect strength training within endurance sports.
