I found out pretty quickly that that size of university, the smaller private university, you can be a little bit more intimate with the HR manager and really you're getting into those large universities. They have 30, 35, 45 person HR departments. And you know, they're handling a lot of things. You're talking about different technologies all the time. Our agencies stayed busy enough with staying in that lane. Now it's not like we didn't expand out of that lane.
