How to Manage and Live With ADHD

It's just one of the topics that we talk about a lot. Is this a superpower? Is this a disorder? Is this, you know, a disability? All of those questions in terms of what is the most helpful approach to managing and living with ADHD. It makes me think of how often what is lumped in as part of like the diagnostic, pathologizing criteria is actually a healthy response to an F-ed up system. And so I was sort of thought they were coming at that in terms of the term illness, but I don't know, they ended up being a clarification a couple days later that I think ended up being worse than the original.
