Is There a Difference Between a Banana Milkshake and a Smoothie?

I always find it really surprising how little food can have such a positive effect. The thing that works always, the best for me is a banana always. And before my long run on Sunday just gone, though I had no bananas because what happens is I buy a bunch of like eight bananas and I have one and then the rest of them die. But then you can they end up with a banana milkshake if you've got some vanilla ice cream. Which Dave and Peter bought in a wholesome way. They're not smoothies. It's a milkshake.
