The 10 Components of a Dream Goalor Objective

As a therapist, i often spend any num of hours working with people to identify the ten components of a dream. Once these critical issues are in one's awareness, then and only then can they weigh the degree of inspiration and motivation for a stated dream goal or objective. If it isn't and they attempt it anyhow, successful completion is unlikely. And if it is completed out of sheer determination, the stress of doing so often creates more problems than good. That research shows clearly that those who set goals that are greater than 50 % of their previous year's earning have a drastically lower likelihood of achieving them.
