The Importance of Load Tolerance in Training

A lot of people that are currently not able to train because gyms are closed. They're practicing social distancing, trying to flatten out the curve from coronavirus. So they're stuck at home. By taking time away from the gym and not putting adequate load on our body, we're lowering that load 10 in tolerance. You're going to have the increase of any other type of injury during this time.
