Bundling, unbundling and being creative about finding new options for sourcing the entire deal from different places instead of just one person is a great negotiation strategy to use. When dealing with suppliers, I think one which is important to keep in mind is loss aversion. For instance, if you're buying a physical product, maybe you can play with stock before the negotiation. You stop buying right before the negotiation to give a signal to the supplier that if they don't do something then they may end up losing the business because you have somebody else that can give you the business.
