What Are You Seeing From Brewers?
The biggest question I get is application. It's not really a distrust of the science. It's more how do we use these strains. And that's globally like there'll be one or two people that are like, no, that's not for us. But they're globally, I have brewers in Japan, which we cannot get these strains that actively want to use them. They know who they are. That's interesting. You know, as some, obviously not a commercial brewery, there's some of this training to be a brewing scientist,. Not a microbiologist though, more of the chemistry side of those things.
