Ben and Jerry's Social Mission Was Not the Thing, Was the Why
In one version of the story, you've got Ben and Jerry's idealistic entrepreneur taken over by evil corporation Unilever sell out failure. But then some of the others are more tragic tales, really, of people who've held on too long or have been where the productional why has sort of forced them to suppress their own personality. So I think these sort of mid career crisis can be very fruitful for us all if we allow ourselves to let our guard down a little bit in this case.
