How to Teach Pain Tolerance

Some people are going to be tougher at dealing with it. But I think you can only try to coach the psychology and help people have a why. Some of them will probably be very sensitive. Maybe like emotionally sensitive people. And then, but some of them might be very robotic, more like me.
