I was looking at the average slowly creeping up. And like, i'm slowing down progressively here. I drop the hammer for the slicing case. So i started opening my stride up more on the downhills. But then with ly two clometes ago, i got a huge cramp in my right hamd string. It didn't cramp, but it's that that pre cramped feeling wen right before it's going to cramp,.
