The best time management technique is to decide what matters most. I find it really useful to write a list to see it all there in front of me and to start with the easy stuff first, he says. The idea of getting stuff out of your brain which you know is a well known sort of way to achieve a bit more calm about stuff that's absolutely real. It almost has a kind of slightly kind of meditative sort of feel to the idea because it's something to do with this identifying from stuff and not having it knocking around only in your mind.
