What are you already pretty good at? What are things that you can maybe monetize now? What's your current situation with your physique? Would you go to the gym a little bit more than what you're doing now? Or would it be unreasonable for you going four days a week in your college kid? Maybe you don't have time to do any more than that right now. So I think you try to hone in on the things that you want to pursue and the things thatyou want to do. That will start to tick down the amount of like self improvement shit that you need to do.
