People of less lets than they think they have at the shooting range. I don't care what your max is. My only, my only concern is improving your max. And my max is not a squat. How often do you hear said, i hit one new ret max of myself? It's bad work. So just because barbell gets up doesn't mean body goes with it. We only have so much adaptation currency we can spend each week. If you go and say, i'm going to do my wad, and i'm not, people should be careful.
