I was skeptical in the beginning because the number of famous people starting beauty brands, like my team and I used to joke about it, but it's gotten to a point. Trini is very, very deeply involved with product development and she has a real vision for what she wants this company to be and what she wants it to stand for. So regardless of her origins, she's like a powerhouse business person. And that's the kind of person I want to work with.
