The Importance of Connecting Sensation to Mindfulness Practices
Many people continue with some of these three minute breathing space or other everyday mindfulness practices that it's really important to provide people with access points to practice. One of the common features of many, many, many contemplative practices is that there is a way of which they connect people to sensation. We're trying to promote a back to front dichotomy where there could be a rebalancing of the flow of information so that more of the sensory processing from the back can be amplified rather than subdued before the front parts of the brain decide what has to happen with that.
