I think getting out of this competitive lens is so critical. The saying that i love here from the douti ching is, the biggest winners don't compete. And i think it's another sense of tapping into what makes you unique rather than looking to everyone else for signals of what we should be doing. I think this is inherent in the name of n plus one, that it s like branding, is this dance between logic and intuition.
