Is There a Process of Extended Paid Trial Runs?

i wonder your thoughts on the idea of a process of doing extended paid trial runs, like we will give wat if we may bi just with your final lists. Or maybe e're down to a couple of options neare, like, how about you work for us for two weeks at this set rate, and then we'll make a decision at the end. Is that something thatt is fruitful? Or there problems with that idea? I talked about this a bit in am. And this is an idea that i don't think it works most of the time, not because it's a bad idea.
