I think there's an incredible opportunity here for meeting people where they're at and they're busy lifestyles. And so this is a shake that incorporates two of the most powerful, pre-votic fibers: resistant starch and obeyed blue can. It's very, very low in sugar and total digestible carbohydrates and super high in fiber. So 15 grams per dose or per serving. That would get me to my 30 or 40 a day.
