14 adolescents had sleep problems by steep ose, we defined it for this study. They either had insufficiency of duration per nactograp an of a fancy sleep watch that weud put on their wrist as to determine ten of their sleep patterns. We also found improvements in parent and teacer ratings of inattention as well as sluggish coggative tempo. Most of these effects were maintained over a three months period. This is really the first step in what we hope is going to be the next, a larger scale, randomized cinical that will do.
