You need to come in clean, slight and aability healthy joints. The biggest valluate was i saw people that got into crossfot that already had heaps of pre existing injury around the shoulders and knees. You really have to think about your injury history when you choose the next port. Its the most knee intensi sport you could probably play, right? So much jumping, so much pivoting, so much twisting, and so all the jumping and all the plimetric work from zero up to a lot.
