Juliet: I love when I have free hours in my day and I can like listen to a podcast or like read an article, you know, about this or something. One thing that the whole company does is during our quarterly planning we actually do like six week planning. So every six weeks we kind of check in on our, our plans and figure out what we need to do for the next six weeks. Juliet: It's called a minute to think by Juliet, a fund and reclaim creativity, conquer business and do your best work. She says she always struggles with figuring out how long it takes her to do projects.
