Flexibis training is a form of plant strength training. The less exercises you do, the more progress you'll make. Keep it simple with three to five sets of jeffrson curls or side split hold holds. If we chuck six exercises in, we might make two % progress in all of them. Andnd, that would be like an one two times a week rather than doing like, one to two sets of lots of different exercises.
